Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION

All clients are required to maintain an active Monthly Subscription ($88.00 for individuals / $149.00 for couples). This fee covers ongoing account monitoring, portal access, and monthly credit analysis.

• Subscription fees are recurring and are billed every 30 days.

• Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in the immediate pause of all credit processing services.

2. INSTALLMENT PLANS

Installment plans are provided as a convenience to the client. By selecting an installment plan (2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks), the client agrees to pay the agreed-upon amount via the secure payment links provided by The Credit Company.

3. LATE FEES & DEFAULT (The 10/35 Rule)

To ensure the progress of your file, timely payments are required.

• 10-Day Late Fee: If any payment (Subscription or Installment) is not received within 10 days of the due date, a late fee of $25.00 will be automatically applied to the balance.

• 35-Day Termination: If any account remains unpaid for 35 days, the Installment Plan will be considered in Default. The plan will be permanently terminated, and the full remaining contract balance will become due immediately.

4. BI-WEEKLY SYNCS

Clients on the "Power Couple" or premium plans are entitled to bi-weekly status syncs. These check-ins are contingent upon the account being in good financial standing. If a payment is past due, syncs will be suspended until the account is current.

5. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of credit consulting and the manual labor involved in auditing and drafting legal disputes, all payments are non-refundable. We do not guarantee specific point increases, as credit scores are determined by third-party bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion).

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to provide all requested documentation (ID, Utility Bills, Bureau Letters) within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to provide documentation may delay results but does not pause the payment schedule.

Return and Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Credit Company, we dedicate significant time, labor, and legal resources to every file we manage. Because our services involve manual document preparation and personalized consulting, we adhere to the following policy:

1. NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED WORK

All payments made for Monthly Subscriptions and Installment Plans are non-refundable. Once an audit has been performed, or dispute letters have been drafted and sent, the service is considered "rendered," and no refunds will be issued.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your $88.00 (Individual) or $149.00 (Couple) monthly subscription at any time.

• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via [Email Address] at least three (3) business days before your next billing date.

• Cancellation of a subscription will result in the immediate cessation of all credit monitoring and dispute services.

3. INSTALLMENT PLAN DEFAULTS

As outlined in our 10/35 Rule, missing an installment payment does not entitle the client to a refund of previous payments. If an account remains unpaid for 35 days, the plan is terminated, and all previous payments are forfeited as they covered work already performed during those periods.

4. SERVICE GUARANTEE

While we guarantee to use our best professional efforts to dispute inaccurate, unfair, or unverified information on your credit reports, we cannot legally guarantee a specific credit score increase or a specific result. Credit reporting is controlled by third-party bureaus and creditors; therefore, results vary by individual.

5. CHARGEBACKS

By processing your payment, you agree to these terms. Any "unauthorized" chargeback claims filed through your bank for services already rendered will be contested using your signed contract and this policy as evidence of your agreement.
