How does the payment plan work?
We offer flexible installment plans to fit your budget. You can choose to pay every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks. These payments cover the actual credit work and dispute processing for your file.
What is the $88 monthly fee for?
The monthly subscription ($88 for individuals / $149 for couples) is separate from your installments. It keeps your account active, covers your 24/7 portal access, and allows us to provide ongoing monitoring and bi-weekly syncs. This must stay active to keep your plan running.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Life happens, but we stay on a strict schedule to get you results:
• At 10 Days Late: A $25 late fee is added to your balance.
• At 35 Days Late: Your plan is automatically terminated, and your file is closed. To restart after 35 days, a re-activation fee may apply.
Can I change my installment frequency later?
Yes! If you started on a 2-week plan and need to move to an 8-week plan, just let us know at least 48 hours before your next link is sent.
What is a "Bi-Weekly Sync"?
Every two weeks, we do a "Sync" to review your progress, look at score changes, and give you specific "Homework" (like paying down a specific card) to ensure your scores keep climbing.
How do I get the "Power Couple" discount?
If you and a partner (spouse, fiancé, or roommate) sign up together, you qualify for our $149/mo joint subscription. This saves you nearly $300 a year compared to two individual plans!
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Credit Company, we dedicate significant time, labor, and legal resources to every file we manage. Because our services involve manual document preparation and personalized consulting, we adhere to the following policy:
1. NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED WORK
All payments made for Monthly Subscriptions and Installment Plans are non-refundable. Once an audit has been performed, or dispute letters have been drafted and sent, the service is considered "rendered," and no refunds will be issued.
2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your $88.00 (Individual) or $99.00(Couple) monthly subscription at any time.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via [Email Address] at least three (3) business days before your next billing date.
• Cancellation of a subscription will result in the immediate cessation of all credit monitoring and dispute services.
3. INSTALLMENT PLAN DEFAULTS
As outlined in our 10/35 Rule, missing an installment payment does not entitle the client to a refund of previous payments. If an account remains unpaid for 35 days, the plan is terminated, and all previous payments are forfeited as they covered work already performed during those periods.
4. SERVICE GUARANTEE
While we guarantee to use our best professional efforts to dispute inaccurate, unfair, or unverified information on your credit reports, we cannot legally guarantee a specific credit score increase or a specific result. Credit reporting is controlled by third-party bureaus and creditors; therefore, results vary by individual.
5. CHARGEBACKS
By processing your payment, you agree to these terms. Any "unauthorized" chargeback claims filed through your bank for services already rendered will be contested using your signed contract and this policy as evidence of your agreement.
